During the 2016 Louisiana floods, Amy Sins and the response network that became Fill the Needs helped move more than 100,000 meals in 19 days. The operation worked with Second Harvest Food Bank, Baton Rouge State Police, and partners across affected Louisiana communities.
Mission Context
Historic flooding created large-scale food, logistics, and community-support needs across Louisiana. This response became one of the clearest demonstrations of the network’s ability to coordinate at speed and scale.
